I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No. 21 of this date, conveying to me the sanction of His Excellency the Governor for carrying out the plan of the Town forwarded with my letter No. 47 of the 19th Ultimo and I beg to inform you for the information of His Excellency,

that all the Lots and Streets are now accurately marked out on the ground, by stakes, and measured.
